Client Relations ConsultingLa Signoria knew Gisele was coming, and why. The owner welcomed her personally. That detail matters: opening your house to an outside eye, knowing that every gesture will be observed and recorded, takes a confidence few establishments are willing to extend.
The audit followed a guest's journey from end to end, check-in to check-out. Every touchpoint was recorded: the welcome on arrival, the handling of luggage, the way the room was presented, the tone at breakfast, the responsiveness of room service, the handling of an unexpected request, down to the last words exchanged on departure.
All of it was set down in a detailed report submitted to management: what works and deserves protecting, what is decided in a matter of seconds, and the places where attention can be raised higher still. An outside eye — precise and constructive — on a house that already has a great deal to defend.
Some houses have no need to overdo it. La Signoria is one of them. The light on the ochre walls at the end of the day, the scent of the maquis rising from the park, the silence of the pines — and that very Corsican way of welcoming you: warm, direct, never formulaic. Here luxury is not displayed, it is felt.

18th-Century Genoese Estate
A former Genoese residence restored without ever betraying its soul: ochre walls, exposed dry stone, antique terracotta floors and original vaulted ceilings. The architecture tells the story of the Balagne at every turn.

Only Thirty Keys
Rooms, suites, apartments and villas designed by Jean-Baptiste Ceccaldi — antique furniture, natural materials, openings onto the park and the mountains. A deliberately small scale that makes service genuinely personal.

Dining on the Terrace
Cuisine conceived as a dialogue between the Mediterranean and the Corsican interior — produce from the maquis, local fishing, Balagne market gardening. Dinner is served on the terrace, under the lanterns, facing the darkening mountains.

Treatments inspired by Corsican beauty rituals, based on immortelle oil, myrtle extracts and citrus gathered in the surrounding maquis. Vaulted indoor pool, hammam, sauna and heated outdoor pool.
